Ok, I picked up a two-post lift for my workshop today.  It's on the trailer.  I don't have a forklift.  I do have floor jacks, stands, an old Ford 1210 compact tractor with a bucket on the front and strong family members (3 plus me, but I'm old and weak).  How do I get it off the trailer and on the garage floor (I can back the trailer right up to the garage bay)?  I have a plan, but wanted to give you guys something to think about while you're getting all liquored up on a Friday night....

I would back the trailer in. Lift it with a chain hoist and then drop it on the floor. That's how I do engines in my garage.

pour oil all over the trailer deck. back up real fast and slam on the brakes. the unit will slide backwards, catch the lip on the edge of trailer, stand upright  and slide down the ramp into position.

Tie off to the back wall and the other end to the load. Then simply drive off pulling the trailer out from under.
No booze for me no more. On the wagon.

Unbolt the columns and use a lifting strap and take them off individually with the tractor hydraulics.     Or get a couple cart dollies for 10 bucks each lift each end up with the tractor bucket, put dollies underneath and roll it off.              I've done this before.   Put up a Dannmar 10cx last year, best money ever spent.

Drop it off at my house, no need to stress about heavy stuff.

I'll call my local craigslist movers to unload it. Might cost me $50 but that way you don't have to worry about it.

Build a corduroy road.  Roll into position.  Burn corduroy road in place.
