I have been looking for a full size poster of this for years to no avail. Anyone have a clue?

I'm assuming that you have that item that's in the image ? If yes take it to your local printer or office supply place ( staples )
They can scan , import and touch up the image if needed - print as large as you want it

These "dilemmas" amuse me.
These days, any image can be scanned (or found already in digital form), and printed on posters, t-shirts or even cakes.
Yet somehow, 9 out of 10 people do not seem to know it.
