Tried it. Hated it. So damn uncomfortable. Do any of you do this on a daily basis?

I don't see why people like it. It sucks.

All the time with J Frames and a Smith 908. My favorite way to carry a J frame.  Helps to have your appendix removed first.  Sucks balls with any full sized pistol.

Not my thing, but great for some people.

Tried it, found it extremely uncomfortable....not for me. It does seem pretty fast on the draw and concealable.

I do it and like it

I tried carrying my XDs 4.0 at the 3-4 position and just couldn't get comfortable with it.  I messed with the cant angles and everything, just wasn't for me.  Then on a whim I tried appendix carry and I found it extremely comfortable and it conceals way better than at the 3-4 position on my particular body.  I'll say this though- if I get fat... appendix carry will be a no go.

and before anyone says it... no I haven't shot my balls off yet

Yes, the right gun and holster makes all the difference. Its very comfortable for me and is the only way I carry.

Yup. It is my primary method of carry. I use a holster with a cli so I can slide it around to 3:00 when I'm driving. Depending on the shirt I'm wearing, I may carry at 3:00, too.

Part of what makes appendix carry uncomfortable for me is my gut. I'm out of shape. Fuck it. I am. Bending over conceals the gun a lot better when it is upfront than when it is behind the hip. I hated carrying at 4:00-5:00 only because of the printing whenever I would lean forward, bend over, rise from a sitting position, etc.

Everyday with a vanguard and a G19. Soon to be a MP9C in a vanguard

I did it for about four months last year after my back surgery. Tightening my belt and the pressure of my holster
on my back made appendix carry necessary. Still hurt a bit....course, everything hurt then.

I usually carry either at 3:15 or in my pocket.

love it, do it everyday with a G22 in a trigger guard holster(Zach from Dale Ficke I think)

Gotta not be fat to pull it off though

Been carrying a J Frame appendix carry with either the Barami or Bianchi "Hip Grip"

since the mid eighties.

Works for me.

Yes, it works great if you find a pistol and holster combo that works for you.

That's the most retarded argument against appendix carry. Keep you fucking finger off the trigger and there is no greater risk of an ND than any other form of carry.

It makes the most sense. If I have to draw to save my life, I don't want to be fumbling around for a gun behind my back. Shortest distance to the gun because it is right in front of me.

I carry appendix almost exclusively.  Either a G19 or M&P 9C, both in vanguard 'holsters'.  It's definitely not for everyone, but works well for me.

I'm 6' and weight varies from 160-170, by body just isn't deep enough (from stomach to back) that I can conceal something well from 3-4 o-clock without it sticking out really bad.  Options are to either carry appendix or wear really baggy clothes.  If I had a gut though, it would be pretty miserable.

It's the only way I can carry on-body. Period. Very comfy. I don't carry a big gun - either 9mm Shield or a Ruger LCR .38sp.

Hammerless revolvers and get good at point shooting.

And don't get too attached to your clothing.

One of my police buddies had an instructor that named his matched pair Frick and Frack.
Had a jacket with the pockets all shot out.

Fist Holsters 1-K for G26-27, Shield, PPS, J-frames

Works great.

I prefer it since it keeps my weapon on my center line so I can protect it or access it with either hand easier.
