Even worse on motorsports vids, I wanna hear what going on.
| Years ago, we had a contractor try to remove a rear MLG landing gear bearing race from an MD-88 with a pencil grinder. When he called the inspector over, he couldn't believe his eyes. 50 lb aluminum trunnion destroyed!!! Of course they don't make them anymore, I think the boneyard replacement ran north of $100K. |
