Wife's aunts cat is cool. Acts like a dog, plays fetch.

Well something is very wrong. For the last few hours off and on the cat will sit there and start sawing back and forth like it is dizzy. Then freak out and flip and roll like it is having a seizure, but violent like it was shot.

Wth is

Going on? Werid cat seizure?

No pics of aunt, search for pics of wife if you must..

Seizure or stroke, most likely.

Take to vet, but most likely the end is near.

Take it to a vet. Had one that did that after it got a dose of antifreeze.

Yes I now think it was antifreeze.

Wife's car has cracked rad, and I got a new one today to replace the bad one. Thing is this stated when I was gone with the car.

Car dripped antifreeze that has soaked into the ground be enough?

Yes. If the cat walked over the spot and got some on its feet, then cleaned its feet then it would have received a dose of antifreeze.

If there was enough time for it to drip off the car onto the ground, there was plenty of time for an animal to find and lap up the drip point on the car.

How are you going to break this to wife\wife's aunt.

Side note, my parents used to have a cat that would play fetch with waded up paper balls.
