I have a combat commander in 9mm. Can I swap barrel and bushing to .45 ACP? I posted in GFD but it takes forever to get a reply there. TIA

The ejector is in a different spot. It has to be more inboard to hit the 9mm case just right. Even if you could move it over then the slide wouldnt fit because of the groove that the ejector rides in.

bolt face/extractor/firing pin/ejector are all different. You'd have to get a .45 slide assembly and replace the ejector.
