I have been on hold for 10 minutes, are they really this busy or do they just not want to answer the phone? I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and a few days ago a buddy of mine told me they are not shipping anything to CT. So, I called  trying to figure out if that is true and if it is I want to cancel my order but it keeps saying "please continue to hold or press 1 to leave costumer service a voicemail" Should I hang up?

ETA: They will NOT ship to CT and canceld my order. Pretty upset about lossing the upper for $280 it was a good deal now I guess I'm SOL and they will be loosing my business for good.

Keep holding.

I'll check back through out the day and let you know if it is ok to hang up.

Thank you for stepping up and taking by the hand, leading those that can't help themselves by making their own decisions on such complicated and troublesome issues.. You're such a helpful and caring person.

Yep, I was thinking, "Isn't it a bit early to be prepping for Halloween." But with hold times like that it is good that you are getting a head start.

With PSA, I have found a well-detailed but easy to read e-mail (to the point) is the best way to reach them. It may be a few days before they get back to me but PSA has always done right by me.

So you're a mad gun company isn't shipping to an extremely-unfriendly-toward-ARs state?  Many other companies don't as well.  Not only that, but you were calling to cancel, and once you were able to talk to them, they canceled...and now you're mad?  And you're out nothing but a little time waiting on an order you didn't pay for or will get your money back?

As it is, my July 3rd order for a Freedom-line upper shipped Friday and I should get it tomorrow.  Of course, I live in Tennessee, the patron state for shooting stuff.

This is all more of a reason for him to do his due diligence.  The fact they won't ship AR parts is spelled out in their Terms and Conditions.  Ohio has a restriction on loadd 31+ mags if you're not a NFA stamp holder.  You can own them, just can't load them. Stupid law, but some vendors won't ship them to Ohio even though it's legal.  I always check for that specific policy when ordering stuff. If I lived in a communist state you bet I'd check on stuff before ordering.

If I could, I would...but having a good job, house and family are kind of preventing me...I know this may be hard for some people to understand but this is my home and this is where my family is and I can't pack up and GTFO just because they passed stupid laws (if it goes any father I will strongly consider it though)

It is PSA's fault and any other company that will not ship parts here. They do not have to jump through any hoops they just have to understand the laws. Everything is still legal to ship into CT except lower recievers(and other assauly weapons)/high cap mags so in a way they are just as bad as my local government except they are denying me the right to buy legal parts. They are just to lazy (for lack of a better word) to be bothered with understanding the laws.

Its possible that they have had a bad experience shipping to Connecticut. PSA probably is one of the top shippers of AR parts in the country.
I'm also sure there are State Attorney Generals that have them in their crosshairs for violating their state laws.

I for one would not want to be indicted  by another Sate and have to defend myself outside of my own State.

or you could look at another way. Stupid lawsuits are stupid and extremists are always trying to pin something on someone. The ATF can turn shoestrings and brillo pads into constructive possession/intent and have done so with no recourse. As a prudent business owner i wouldn't send anything to any of the dipshit ban states.

hopefully it will make you consider moving to a free area and let CT rot into its own fsa orgy.

I would like to see them stay in business and not be shut down after being stepped on by the government's legal foot.

I have heard alot of great things about PSA and I guess thats why I'm so pissed that they will not ship to CT but hey, I guess CT's (and other ban states) market will go to who ever is willing to work with the laws.

No offense intended but it seems like your "pissed" at the wrong people. Work to change CT or take your tax dollars to a free State.

And what is lossing and loosing?
7/14/2014 2:06:37 PM EDT

I'm starting to get a bit annoyed.

I ordered a complete lower and upper and some various parts on June 28.

I got the "various parts" last Friday but not a word on the upper or lower (both listed as in stock).

The part that annoys me is I got an email last week saying my FFL is not on file, I had the FFL fax it to them. I started trying to call and see if their "compliance department" had received the FFL, I have been calling for days and no one answers the phone and the voice mail is full, also no replies to any emails. People here say that I should expect a wait but their customer service is good, how can their customer service be good if it is not possible to contact them?

Like this with PSA:

Quickest way I have found to get ahold of PSA is to IM them here.
