Was Perrier LaPadite killed by Colonel Landa and his men after they killed the Jews that were hiding under the floorboards?

No. Landa gave him the opportunity to come clean and Perrier took it.

i am sure that Landa knew that Mimieux was really Shoshana, thus why he ordered her a glass of milk at the table.

I'm not so sure it wasn't coincidence. Although it is possible, since he was supposed to be like the Nazi version of Sherlock Holmes.

One of the most amazing things about this movie:  It managed to have a character played by Brad Pitt, written, directed and acted such that I enjoyed it.  Quite an accomplishment there.

The 1968 version is better.

I liked this movie, especially Landa having a swastika carved into his forehead after his gofer was shot at the end.

And I agree Landa either knew or at least had a clue who she was at the restaurant.

if he had know who she was he would have shot her. his "hunting" skills obviously don't have an off switch. He probably interogated his own mother.
