Pretty cool, it shows the Blast Radius, the Fireball, estimated Fallout and path, also computes the casualties
You can choose Airburst or Ground Burst. There are preset yields for different types of bombs or you can type in the number of megatons I chose the Dong-Feng 5 which has a 5 Megaton yield and did a Ground Burst over Anaheim, CA (who needs Disneyland?) Estimated Fatalities were 470,400 Estimated Injuries were 935,950 Fireball Radius was 1.49 miles Radiation Radius at 500 REM was 1.89 miles Air Blast Radius at 20 PSI was 2.31 miles Thermal Radiation Radius (3rd Degree Burns) was 13.3 miles At any given 25 hr period there are approximately 3 million people within 1 PSI range of the detonation The Casualties Estimates do not include Casualties from Fallout Under Advanced Options you can choose Humanitarian Impact and Plot Locations this will show different colored dots, 1 color representing Hospitals, another color for Schools, and another color for places of Worship and another color for Fire Stations Moving the mouse cursor over a dot and clicking on it identifies the Hospital or School (etc.) with the Address The Map is found at: http://nuclearsecrecy.com/nukemap/ Next...I am going to choose the Tsar Bomb at Full power 100 Megatons! |

Goodbye to the Naval Academy, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Manassas National Battlefield Park, Dover Air Force Base in Nearby Delaware gets clobbered with fallout, Arlington National Cemetery gets slagged, at least two other Military bass get to glow in the dark....
