I've not seen this asked here yet so here you go.

Does anyone here PULL (like pulled pork)  their brisket instead of slicing. I've done that several times and everyone seems to like it that way to make their sammich's.

ETA: Going to stick one on the egg in a couple hours to cook through the night.

Chop/pull the point (fatty part) and slice the flat (lean part)

Just put it on a few minutes ago. I'll wait about an hour and be sure temp is stable and then get some sleep while my Sunday Lunch is cooking
