Took a shot and I think I got burned. They were the only major retailer with the trigger I wanted "in stock."
They showed one trigger in stock, so I ordered, and after my order they showed none in stock. Good right? Placed my order on the 25th and it still says awaiting fulfillment, and I've been charged for it.

The key here is that if every other retailer is out of stock, it's likely that all of them are waiting for a production batch from the manufacturer. The thing is, Botach won't tell you they are OOS, so you should imply that from everyone else' status.
Only buy from Botach if it's something everyone has, but Botach has a better price. |

Send them an email, they'll let you know the status. Tell them if you want to cancel or wait. Ordering from them is often a gamble but sometimes their prices make it worth a try. I just bombed out on a couple cheap surefire lights and a dvd, but I'll try again if it's cheap enough.

Give em a fucking chance to work on your order, im sure your not the only one they have to fill orders for. Now if you said it was the 25th of April then Id say you have a case, but a couple days? uhm no. You didnt got botached (yet) you got IMPATIENT. |

I try to have a positive and patient outlook, but I ordered a backpack from LBT on the 24th and I already have it already. Most suppliers would of already at least had a shipping label generated already. |

I'll be the first to pile onto Botach because they have fucked me over but it has only been a few days and one was a holiday. |

Those "status" updates mean very lil to me. Ive seen companies say my shit was still in shipping dept while UPS was dropping it off at my door. The one thing with Botach is to call them, dont rely on the web for their inventory to be correct and Botach is just another drop shipper. |

They sent replacements via UPS next day service at no extracharge. Sounds like Botach has better customer service than Bravo Company USA... I ordered a bolt carrier from them several years back and the package magically fell off the USPS enroute... no help from Bravo or the USPS. |

| I placed a large order with them years ago. 75 weapon lights and M9 adapters plus some other items I don't recall any more. The entire order was over the phone and via e-mail. I'm fairly certain the unit I was assigned to at the time still hasn't received the order. |

I was shopping around for a Leupold scope for my AR and Botach had the best price so I ordered it, and waited and waited, etc. After a couple of months I sent an email and was told it was on factory backorder.
So I emailed Leupold asking if the scope was on factory backorder. They replied with, "No, we have them in stock." Forwarded the email to Botach and miraculously my scope was delivered shortly thereafter. I'm guessing Botach didn't want to fulfill the order because of the low price. |
