It's a good all around smoker. I've done 4 full racks of ribs at once, 2 turkeys at once, 4 chickens at once, 2 pork butts + a pork belly at once. I also take out the racks and can do a bunch of summer sausages at once. So it has some room. It fits the bill perfectly for my needs. The wings came out great. It was a full 10 pounds and was my 1st attempt at them. Next time I may transfer them to the grill at the end to finish, just to crisp them up a little more. I just put Dillo Dust from Larue on thawed wings and popped them in for 1.5 hours. They didn't even need sauce. Although I added Frank's and some Texas Habanero Sauce to mine. I like em hot. |
