Who does or has work for commission ONLY?
what do you do? Do you prefer that way, or would you rather have a salary? |

I did. Worked out great but is tough. When you have great paychecks, you have to be disciplined enough to put some back for a rainy day.
I was a financial advisor that worked on commissions and fees. I am now in management and have a variable comp plan with a small salary. |
