I tried for the about three weeks to get registered and submit some form 1's, finally got registered but could get no further. Then they shut it down.

It never actually was totally down, just hit and miss. It took my LGS 2 weeks to get my suppressor form through. Hopefully they got there shit together, just in time to start requiring fingerprints on trusts.
