Joss Wheedon is a huge liberal douche. He can direct a fun movie though. Why you trying to make me hate "Firefly"? Endorsing Barack Obama in the 2012 United States presidential election,[286] Whedon satirically equated Mitt Romney's future as president with a zombie apocalypse, "Romney is ready to make the deep rollbacks in health care, education, social services and reproductive rights that will guarantee poverty, unemployment, overpopulation, disease, rioting—all crucial elements in creating a nightmare zombie wasteland."[ |

For those of you that don't know, his little brother Zack Whedon has a brand new Firefly/Serenity comic series out.
It is fantastic. It picks up where the movie left off and reads like a TV series. I would love to see AMC buy the rights and air the new series. Don't say it can't happen becuase there is money to be made there. |
