There has been a lot of info floating around about limiting availability of trusts lately. Has anyone got any solid information on this subject. Are they being limited in the future or will they be harder to get approved? Is there a date limitation for application as Obummer suggested there might be? Where so I go to find out facts, not rumors? Thanks.
