| So I was hesitant to take an employee of 6 months shooting. I really couldn't judge his opinion of firearms but he expressed interest in shooting when we talked about my hobby. Started off with some 10/22 action and I put the ciener conversion in the ar I brought. Boy I wish I took a pic of the guys face when he was shooting it! Shot some pistol and then switched to skeet. My new favorite hobby! Damn if this isn't fun. Haven't shot skeet for almost twenty years since my grandpa and I used to shoot and I think I'm hooked now. Anyway to stay on topic when we broke the ar back out to mop up the unbroken clays the guy was hooked! At work today he was asking me a bunch of questions about how to aquire a modern sporting rifle and also says his dad wants one to. So moral of the story is take people shooting and show them how safe and fun it is and we will be a lot better off if politicians start talking how scary guns are. |
