So I'm 25 and for the last 7 years I have been a "slave to the wage". Working 60+ hours 6-7 days a week, some 18 hr days, I've worked second shift Monday through Friday and then day shift on Saturday and Sunday (same week) , you name it. My record was 75.5 hrs is one week and 73 consecutive days before I had a Sunday off. (Not a whole weekend). It did not go unnoticed, as I now earn a good wage as a machinist, without ever going to any schooling past high school. My fiancé and I own a $150k home, we both drive newer vehicles and hers is almost paid off, then comes mine. But as of this past Monday I started a new job, I still work second shift (4pm-2:30am) but only Monday-Thursday and then I get a three day weekend, every week! So while I still get a shit shift, I get to spend a lot more time with our 1.5 year old son, Hudson. So I would like to thank my parents for teaching me their work ethic, and cheers to this weekend spent with my family!
BTW, I follow rules.

Cute kiddo and your fiance is pretty.
But you're gonna go bald, bro. Ask me how I know.

I know, that's not even the bad view. If you look from the top you can hardly tell I have hair
