| Story on Fox news this morning. Those with preexisting conditions face closed medication formularies for their condition. All the most expensive treatments are....not covered. But, but, but dear leader santa claus said everything was free!!! |

Only a fool would pay into obamacare thinking they have insurance.
Its actually a far worse monstrosity than I expected, and I was expecting it to be really bad. The only news worse than all that, is that nearly all current insurance plans will be canceled by 2016(after several imposed delays by the dictator), forcing the majority of people into the worthless system. |

But Obamacare is free |

Many (most?) folks here really don't seem to recognize the strategy.
It has always been about single payer. Every single one of these hiccups, minor adjustments, bumps in the road, annoyances, etc. will be used to point the finger at the "free market approach" and how it is utterly unable to provide adequate and affordable health care for over 300 million people. The only "viable solution" will be for the federal government to take on that responsibility. Yet Cruz gets blasted for taking a stand. |

Not the political aristocracy. Which is when the pitchforks and battering rams need to come out. |

As we move further into 2014, we'll see more and more people who are actually trying to use their coverage purchased from the exchanges, and getting a rude lesson on what deductibles, co-insurance, and max out-of-pockets are. It'll be a tidal wave that grows over the course of the year, and hopefully breaks close to election time. The armies of people suddenly learning that their $200/month bronze plan has an $8000 deductible, will be legion. |

With the level of trust in the federal government plummeting, that's going to be a hard sell. Even to the average idiot. Will it stop them from trying? Nope. ![]() |

He thought he was going to cause obama to lose the re-election. Turns out he's just an idiot. |
