Lets say you have a trust with 2 silencers belonging to the trust, and for instance the trust magically disappears (the original)
Can you simply get another trust drawn up with the same Trust name and add the silencers to that? What would be the legal way to rectify this This has NOT happened to me, just curious on what the legal way to proceed if this happens, I am sure through the years it has happened |
