Especially with the price of ammo.    

If you have a beltfed, then full auto makes sense.

For a personal weapon, Can is the best first stamp.

This is why you should have pressed it in.  Punches are handy for removal but installation should always be pressed.  make some vice guards and use your bench vice or at least tape up some channel locks
