I just finished watching this documentary about USN Lt. Michael Murphy.

What a great man, from his childhood through the ultimate act of love, laying his life down for his brothers.

I found the DVD in a bin at Walgreens a week ago and just had the opportunity to watch it.  It is filled with commentary by his parents and friends.  

His is the kind of story that really makes me ask myself if I've done what I should with my life.  It will surely inspire you to not waste anymore of it.

Interesting. I thought it was a Wal-Mart exclusive.

Either way it was interesting to watch. Learned some cool stuff about him and his character, not that much was a surprise based on how his life ended.
