Eggs are overlooked
I'm not going to be a dick, I'll tell you how to make incredible eggs!
When making eggs, cook on like 2-3 setting on your stove. It does not matter if scrambled or over easy. Always cook them low and slow. Once the eggs are cooked about 2/3s the way turn off the heat and take off of the burner and use the heat of the pan to finish the cooking. This technique also avoids burning the butter. I do prefer vegetable oil to butter when cooking with eggs. But, low heat and a lot more time period! Brown spots on eggs are disgustingly over cooked eggs. |
