Depends on how said potato is cooked.
If it's just naked out of the oven it get's butter, sour crean and S&P. I like to slice the potato laterally until it is almost cut in 1/2. Then do a 90* and slice 1/4" apart along the spud but not all the way through. Split spud open and ad butter, lipton onion soup mix and 1/2 a slice of onion. Put some butter and sprinkle some more soup mix on top then wrap it in tinfoil. Bake 350* for and hour. Unwrap and ad a dollop of sour cream and call it good. |
