My dad used to be able to mail order guns through the post office. He could go to the hardware store and buy dynamite. We can't even buy cold medicine anymore without showing ID and getting our names put on a list. I've little doubt that tannerite will be banned someday and it will be expedited by showing it off on YouTube. It's not a matter of right or wrong, it's just the way it is. |

I would think that this is what it was designed for, to be used as a reactive target. When shooting 1000 yards you most likely need more in order to see it  . I think the problem is when people fill a car up or a house and than blow it up and put it on youtube. That video kind of makes me want to get a 338 Lapua.

You literally could NOT have picked a more modest video showing tannerite. Not any video where 10lbs are put into a car, a tree trunk, or anywhere else. Just a video of 2lbs at 1,000yds away, and you found issue with it. But don't you worry, EVERY thread HAS to have that guy. This thread needed one, and you filled that role with flying colors.
