I used ATT's online chat feature to report a problem with the poll. They said they didn't see a problem with it but they would pass my info onto the web developers to investigate. Fuzzy math. Keep voting, if they do fix a problem I would prefer to be pleasantly surprised. You know that if we lose this will be the poll that is the basis of a book, movie, interviews and future legislation. |

Do you support stricter gun control registration? Yes: 54% No: 39% Not Sure: 7% Total Voters: 16203 There is NO WAY this could have gone from 7279 votes to 16203 --more than doubled the number of votes -- without changeing the percentages one single point one way or the other. Rigged. |

Quoted: How exactly do you register gun control? [whacko] Good question! I wonder if it involves registering the likes of Sarah Brady? If so, maybe we should all be voting "Yes"? [whacko] For that matter, it certainly wouldn't be very difficult to register her.........how about a big zero? [:D] |

My comments to them on the site about the poll, and...my snide remarks...sent with that very good question someone else asked. Will they answer? ----------------------------------------------- First, it's worded strangely. How does one 'register' gun control? Second, it looks rigged as hell. The numbers don't change realistically with the votes. AT&T is notorious for being 'anti-gun'. Do you really expect the public to view your position as anything but anti-gun/anti-gun ownership when the obvious result of your 'poll' is skewed? Why don't the PR people just make a public statement that your company is against the Second Amendment and The People's Right to Keep and Bear Arms? Really. |
