| Quick question regarding their customer service...my parents got me a Condor compact assault pack for Christmas. They ordered it from Amazon. On Amazon, it says "shipped and sold by Botach Tactical". Now I have one of these already, I was getting a second for the wife. When I opened it up, I could tell immediately that it wasn't the same one. It's far cheaper and the quality is extremely low. So who would one go to about this issue? Botach, Condor, or Amazon? Definitely want to get this thing returned...don't really care if it's a full refund or exchange for the real bag I want. Doesn't matter but this bag fcking sucks. |

Went ahead and started with an email to botach. I've heard they suck ass but we'll see. If that goes nowhere I'll find someone else to bitch about it to. It was a $30-40 backpack. As far as features and the layout of the bag..identical. But the quality is that of a $9 Walmart backpack. Condor stuff is decent, it's no Maxpedition by any stretch, but mine has held up well. |
