This is a dupe of a dupe of a dupe. Good shoot.
Actually read the story from the town in which this comes from. The little puke was engaged in a 6-minute brawl with the officer after being told that he was under arrest TWICE. He was instructed to put his hands behind his back 14 times. The kid charged the cop and engaged in a fight with him. The fight lasted 6 minutes. The kid took the officer's baton and beat him about the upper body with it, finally delivering a head strike with the baton. No matter where you are---strikes with a baton to the head are considered deadly force. The officer drew down and warned the kid to give up and that he was going to shoot. The smartass said, "What are you going to do, shoot me?" and charged in for more. He got a lead sandwich for his troubles. 5/6 shots hit their mark. So...be an asshole at your own peril when fighting the police. And--there's pages of this thread, go read it. |
