Has anyone done business with Botach Tactical lately? A few years ago, while most folks agreed that their prices were good, it seemed that they had a spotty reputation for timely delivery. Lots of complaints but a quite a few satisfied customers.

| You're rolling the dice. I have purchased many things from them, and sometimes their sale and closeout prices are unbeatable. I have been burned once or twice but overall I get what I order. If they email you saying it's out of stock I usually just ask them to cancel the order. |

I have found great deals with them at times.
I have also paid for in stock items and had to call weeks later to only be told the item is backordered with no eta. I once had an item not get delivered at all, but I blame the postal service for that one.. It took a few phone calls but they (Botach) replaced said item eventually. |

I placed 3 orders with them this month: no problems.
They further lowered a sale price of an item 3 days after I purchased said item. Sent them an e-mail stating I bought on the 3rd, on the 6th I noticed the price was $10 less, what are my chances of a refund?. Poof, credit for $20 (purchased 2 of them). That order has already been delivered in Afghanistan...about 10 days. ETA: And shipping was free. |

Have placed dozens of orders with them over time. Everything fro Kiowa boots that usually go for $129 I purchased for $55.00. Bought a shit ton of G22 mags for $17 a couple years ago. Bought many PMAGS As well for $11..Plus everything is free shipping. I know that there are lots of complaints about them but they have always come thru for me. Only downside is they are on the west coast so shipping takes about a week but this is not their fault.
Like someone else says if they send email saying Out of Stock just cancel it no hard done as they do not charge card until items ship or at least that is what has happened to me. |

I ordered a Chippia .22 upper from them and it was not packaged well. Upper was cracked when I opened it. They wrapped the origional box in plastic, even thought the original box has on it not to use it for shipping, it must be reinforced. I send them pics, returned it, and asked them to make sure they doubled boxed the replacement. They didn't, it was broken also. ended up giving me my money back. On a good note, they did provide the return shipping, and were prompt about it. PAR |

Ordered lots of stuff, always good experience. Ordered gerber auto knife Thursday, just received an email from them saying they won't complete the order and I have t been charged. Except I have been charged and there are no laws against me owning one in sc.
Fuck botach with a rusty aids infected fence post. They are incompetent and deserve to fail as a company. May they die a slow terrible death and have all assets seized since we commoners aren't allowed to own their merchandise. Never shopping there again. I hope they read this and decide to just give up, as the entire world would be better off if they just quit. Hear that botach? You suck asshole. |

I placed my only order with them in October. Five days later I get an email that the item was on back order. About 3 days after that I got an email saying it shipped and to expect it in 3 to 10 days. Four days later it was delivered. I would order again from them if they were the only one who had the item or it was substantially cheaper and I wasn't in any hurry. For a few dollars more, there are a number of places I'd order from first.

Hard for me to take you seriously with your low post count. For all I know you work for a competitor. Pretty much all the posts in this thread were about positive experiences. Do we ALL work for Botach? YMMV and all that but fuck, you haven't even done business with them and you state that another poster may be a shill? |
