Sorry if this is a dup, search didnt turn up anythingm but did anyone catch the Healthcare.gov commercial during the early games today?   This is especially concerning after the Daniel Defense ad was denied.  I mean, I love the NFL but holy hell there is definitely some serious political motivation there.

I will automatically shut the tube off if I see this.  The NFL is already losing it's luster with me.

The NFL would NEVER do that.  That's the reason they turned down the DD ad, didn't you hear?  They don't want to politicize it.

I watch the cowboys when they are on TV, but thats about it. I have been watching christmas shows all day. The NFL with their touch football rules and liberal politics is starting to piss me off.

Yeah, the touch football rules dont come without consequence.   They basically traded the occasional concussion for season ending knee injuries. This season is the best example of this.

Can't the 0bamacare commercials be considered public service announcements? It's not being debated anymore, it's law. Hopefully just for the time being.

Football has been taken over by liberalism. All of you should check out hockey.

A public service announcement would inform the unwashed proles, to avoid the ACA sign up to protect thier private info.

Save that, it is unabashed political pole swabbling.

You don't see PSA's promoting friggin' welfare, or Cost share conservation programs through various Federal agencys, or any other bullshit Fed program.
Mostly because they are not directly linked to the assmaggot in the white house, and the collectivist agenda coming up for election again.

The NFL is gargling Obongo's balls in full public view as political payback and downpayment on exemptions that are likely to be forthcoming.

+1

huge hockey fan here, but they're working to remove the fighting from the sport.

it's still, by far, the best of the pro sports.

NFL has sucked for a long time now.  I watch almost exclusively college ball when I watch football.

I believe the current regime has taken control of so much, particularly through the "health care" takeover, that they are now able to convincingly tell even the wealthiest individuals, corporations and organizations to "get onboard"  or else.

This is terrifying to me.  But the NFL gets ridiculous tax breaks, and makes incredible profit. Apparently, their soul is worth more than giving up a sliver of it.
