Back story
I went to court and got more visitation with my son. The judge told my ex that her support would go down. I got a review in the mail that I have to have to return to them in 10 days. My questions are if they are going to modify my support why do they need to know my spouses monthly gross income ? Why do they need to know my monthly expenses? How much my furniture is worth? What does any of this have to do with how much money per hour I make and how much I have my son? |

Quoted: The thing that I don't understand is why would what my wife make be concedered? She didn't make my son. They probably figure the household income, and not just yours. When I got divorced, they used their formula and decided that I was responsible for 2/3 of the cost to raise the kids, and her the other third. The fact that I had full custody didn't even come into play. |

It really doesn't matter. If the court is asking, refusing to answer could cause you to be held in contempt. Killdozer. It's the only reasonable answer. I was 13 when that movie came out. Scared the crap out of me. lol |

The fact that my son is 12 and she hasn't even worked for a full 2 years of that time wasn't taken into account. The gardenem at lightem said that there wasn't enough precedent to take him from her even though the only way that she has a place to stay is because her dad put a trailer home in his back yard. A couple owis and possession of thc and a good bakers dozen driving after revocations. (Yes I stuck into crazy But if they use what my wife makes to factor for kid support will be total bullshit if his own mom can't support him why should my wife? |
