I have two ipod nanos. An older gen 3 I keep on the bike and a newer gen 7 that I keep
in the truck. At one time both synced fine. Now I can (at least the last time I tried it)

sync the 3, but the 7 will not. It isn't recognized by either itunes or the computer. I

also get a no drivers for cd burning message. I have tried all the fixes itunes has

suggested. Any ideas?

Try to sync it to a different PC and/or with a different cable.  If this fails it likely has damaged USB drivers in the iPod and is trash.

I put it to an old notebook and it recognized it in both the computer
and itunes. I guess I will have to copy the itunes files over to the

notebook and sync it from there.
