I work for a medium sized company that employs its own uniiformed security force. Some of the posts that I'm on aren't outside, but some aren't heated either, like loading docks. The company provides some puffy 'one size fits most' Blauer and Elbeco field jackets, but I hate wearing those because the bodies are too wide, and the sleeves are too short.

I'm looking for an close fitting/athleticly cut, breathable, water resistant, fleece jacket or softshell, that has a shorter body so that it clears a duty belt. I'm 6'6", 235#, so something that comes in a 'Tall' size would be preferred. Any recommended brands?

The CWU 45 flight jacket is very similar to the MA1 flight jacket except it has a collar.

When I worked nights, I was partnered with an old ex deputy, and that's what he wore. I was just never all that fond of it.
