Figured i would attempt one of these since GD seems to like ribeyes. Here is the tease. Will update when meal is complete.

Table is set. Admittedly the napkin is not cloth. Cant find where the wife keeps the cloth napkins, and she is not here. Also i will be honest and say the wine is just for photo. I dont/cant drink, so it wont be consumed until wife gets home. I know ill lose points for these horrible mistakes, but figure honesty was best. Also, GD loves Shottys so....

5/10/ looks super burnt. And no drink. I need my ego stroked. So we have another in for burnt....any more? Thats called a nice cast iron sear. And i dont/cant drink. Forgot to put the ice water on the table for the pic. Appropriate deduction, i agree. |
