he is simply asking if they are illegal in CA, becayse his friend was arrested for having one. No, no, no. The thread isn't about the OPs issues. It's about the OPs lack of knowledge about the "Slide Lock" (sic).
Seriously now... OP I'd suggest you try the CA hometown forum for a more helpful answer. There you will find people almost exclusively from CA who might have the info you need. |

Last I heard, they are illegal in CA. And they have been around for years now....it's pretty much common knowledge at this point. I am guessing you don't surf the internet very often.

OP was their a CA legal rifle attatched to the stock when your friend was arrested or ? California law has a clause that states something about a "multi-burst trigger activator". Basically the state is saying the clause makes the Slide Fire illegal to own in the state of California. |

That's talking about a BMF activator. You're not "activating" the stock. Vague law is vague but it ain't about a stock. He'll skate but be out lawyer fees because of asshat cops and their ignorance and Hitler syndrome. I'd say that broad Michelle doesn't know her asshole from a muzzle and this would be a good case to take to court (or maybe not in Kali). What is described in the law and the SFS is two different things. Who's to determine what a "burst" is? The stock doesn't "activate" the trigger. |

The law obviously does not apply to a slide fire stock, but it is also obvious the government doesn't follow the law. |
