First Id like to say thanks to the admins and members who provide so much great info and the community that surrounds it. I ran across the sight a couple years ago while looking for my first AR. I founds tons of useful info and enough flame wars to keep me warm that whole winter. I've enjoyed lurking around every since and thought it was time to step up with an account. I really am more of a lurker but I'm sure you'll see me around now that I have an account. I was tempted to wait until January to create my account so I wouldn't be a 13'er but then I'd be a 14'er and that could have been even worse! Before you ask the moniker is a trail name from my rock climbing days not an allusion to my musical tastes. 
Age: 35 Status: Single, currently taking applications from the gun loving ladies. Red hair and AR-15 mandatory, 1911 optional but preferred. Guns: Sig 1911, Ruger SR-9c, Ruger LCR, DPMS Oracle (yea, yea I know but its been good to me so far), Remington 700 7mm Mag. Hobbies: Guns, Backpacking, Anything computers, Geocaching and running a local cachers forum, and pissing off internet grammar Nazis. Occupation: Furloughed computer schlub (AKA Sys Admin). Political Affiliation: Pissed Next major purchase: Probably a gun safe. |

ARFCOM kicks ass. If you're looking for tech info, you will find it here, no doubt. If you're looking for entertainment, then GD has you covered. We are all 2A supporters which is what I like. It's the one thing I have in common with everyone here. We can take the smallest issue and turn it into a full blown argument. Good stuff. |
