You're right, but it's a necessary evil.

Many, if not most, people will suffer greatly. But those that survive will come out the other side stronger and better educated. The weak, ignorant, and dependent will die off.

ETA-necessary clarification.
I don't spend my days hanging on Rush's every word. That said, the article gave me insight as to what the Rino's potential strategy might be. I do not agree with this strategy, to be honest I wouldn't classify a lack of action on the Rino's part as strategy. However, it is possible for me to find value in information whether or not I agree with it.
