Delay parts of a "law" that he has already signed? I know this Congress does things ass backwards, like starting legislation in the Senate instead of the house! BUT HOW CAN A PRESIDENT "delay", or postpone a LAW. (Not that I want full implementation...but he is doing things to help his "people"....)

Same reason he is not enforcing the border. Hopefully a republican president will come along and refuse to enforce NFA laws along with a few other laws. The natural result of having so many laws that we either pick and choose what is enforced via elections or we're all criminalized. Hey, what do you know- we ARE a democracy. |
