Got a Colt 6920 today and I'm torn between VTAC Alpha and the DD MFR (which apparently uses an proprietary barrel nut). Opinions?

I've got 40 acres in Dawson County, I shoot at 200, 400 and 600ish on steel. Love living in the mountains, Gotta shoot outdoors...
