Hello all! I'm a new member here, though I've been lurking for about a year. I thought I'd share a quick, tasty snack I just made. One can of tuna and some hot sauce (I used Smokin' Joe Great Garlic Sauce...it's a nice spicy, garlic wing sauce). Eat right out of the can with a fork, it's delicious! I was in need of a cheap, quick snack and thought this up. Anyone got any other good ideas?

Yeah...so I'm sorry about the double post. My connection was going slow and I hit stop and send again.

I've been known to make pizzas without bothering to  include a crust.   Just slop the sauce, pepperoni, cheese, etc. right on a microwavable plate and nuke the sucker until it's done.

Microwave nachos work, too.

Tuna's a good choice as you noticed, but I add 1 part soy sauce (Kikkoman) and 2 parts lemon juice to it.  Season to taste.

And I love to take Kraft extra sharp Cheddar cheese and nuke it until it's nice and bubbly and eat it with a fork once it cools off enough not to vulcanize the tongue.

LOL that non-crust pizza is hilarious. I like the soy sauce and lemon juice idea, that sounds really tasty. I'll have to try that.

Mmm beer...
