Question for ARFCOM experts… what countries have the most robust cyber warfare capability? How do the top 5 rank? Is the USA number 1? |

Yeah, let me flush my clearance in the toilet and get right on that. It's classified to say which countries have the most bouts cyberwar fare capability without discussing it? Are their sleeper nations that are really awesome at it but nobody would suspect? |

A very knowledgable and experienced hacker with "Kali" or "Backtrack 5" operating systems can wage a cyber war by themselves... A "very knowledgable and experienced" hacker wouldn't likely be using Kali or BT. well you're correct, but they would be using a lot of the same stuff on their own compiled version didnt even expect anyone to know what kali or backtrack is lol... some of the web apps built into them are amazing, as well as the exploitation tools and tunneling tools i run a bit of a modified version of kali myself |

Need to get it downloaded and get a new USB stick to install it on my netbook with. Tried to reformat my 32 gig one a year ago and something went wrong and now it only shows as 900 megs. |
