Who has one? What case do you use?

I think I am getting one tomorrow. My Droid X is starting to circle the drain.

I use seidio active but the best buy branded one cause its $20 cheaper and still made by seidio. I had a couple cheap cases from amazon that sucked, otterbox defender but it makes it to bulky.

I would not put any tablet or smart phone inside anything other than an otter box. I have dropped my iPhone, iPod and iPad on the concrete, down the stairs, left my iPod on the roof of the car, drove off and saw it tumble on the road, jumped out and it was fine. None of my shit has gotten a scratch inside an otterbox. Cereal!

Get an otterbox.

Thanks. I had seen those and didn't know what brand they were.

If you're not a complete muppet, just get one of Samsungs flip front covers that replaces the normal battery cover giving you something that is still small enough to slip into a jacket pocket, otherwise have a look at what I use - The Galaxy Xcover 2, 4" screen, Android 4.3 and yet IP67 waterproof to a metre for 30 mins, dustproof and has a case a bit more knock-worthy.

I have a cheap chinese flip front cover for it that  adds a bit more protection.

Both, the otterbox for my old Droid X2 and for my current Galaxy S3, are absolutely awesome cases.

I have the Commuter. The defender is overkill for daily use... and just a tad too bulky.

I had an Otterbox Defender for my Droid.

Great case, but it's bulky. Not sure I want that much bulk on top of a Note II.

I am only  partial muppet.

I have a Galaxy SIII and use a UAG case.  They make one for the Galaxy Note II.  UAG

It is much better than the Otterbox.  My co-worker had an Otterbox, and bought a UAG to replace it.

The only thing with the otterbox defender cases is that they stretch out and loosen up after time. I had one for my gs3 and the rubber part stretched out and went to shit. I now just use a uag case and am careful.

That UAG looks pretty cool.

If you can wait a few weeks the note 3 is being announced September 4th. That said I use:

Have the dark brown version and no longer have to carry around a wallet with this case.

I have dropped my Note II more than any other phone, and always on concrete.  I'm glad I have a Sedio Active holster.  The battery got jarred by one fall and I had to reseat it, other than that, no problems.

Otterbox Defender.  I drop it at least once a day.

Also, 50% of the time, the stylus pops out.

I had an Otter Box Commuter on my old HTC Inspire, now I have an UAG on my Galaxy S4; I like the UAG a lot more.  The UAG in thinner and slides in and out of my pocket better.

I'm waiting for the Note 3 before I switch from AT&T to Verizon. It's gonna have an octacore processor.

I use a Zenus.
With the size of the Note 2, I ditched my wallet.
It doesn't offer the protection of lifeproof/otter, etc., but It works for me.

As others have said, the Note 3 gets announced Sept. 4th. Hold out for it.

If you need a mount for the windshield get a Slipgrip

I just use the regular flip cover. I don't have a case on my iPhone either.

I have to keep em as slim as possible. They already bug me.

The Note II isn't that bad(although it is the largest I will ever go for a phone)

The Mega on the other hand.

I use the cheap Verizion $11.00 one. I have to carry this beast in my rear suit  pocket, don't need the extra bulk. It's been a good phone. The large screen is perfect for my aging 60 year old eyes.

LOL so you want to take that massive thing and put a case on it?

GL with that.
