Mark twight is the man, still so many workout programs that are free and the same.

T nation I think has a few and bodybuilding.com.

Not sure what you get for the membership

I have a good friend that's a tier 1 type guy.  He swears by their workouts.  I did a few with him when he was home on leave once and they were real ass kickers.  YMMV.

Why pay tens of thousands a year to train there, or hundreds a month to be an online member of Gym Jones, when you can get the information for a lot less in person at a CrossFit affiliate or free from CrossFit.com?

Crossfit has its cult like aspects, Gym Jones raises this to a TOTALLY new level.  And you have to be "invited" to join their gym.

Mark Twight was part of CrossFit during its formation phase.  He decided to split off from it and do his own thing.  But, what he does is still, in essence, CrossFit (or CrossFit circa 2008)
