I have a few stories I think GD would find entertaining, all occurred in the mid to late 70's.
However, there could be issues. No one was ever harmed, no ones property was destroyed. Well, things were destroyed, but like trees and fish and such. The issue would be with us making certain things, perhaps acquiring certain things that shouldn't have been in a certain persons possession to begin with. Is almost 40 years long enough if no one was harmed? |

He was a year older. A lot of the things we did I know the statue has expired, lol... but some other things.. |

even if it wasn't, something like that would be near impossible to prove at this point unless you videoed it. I seen things man! You weren't there! LOL Actually, I learned things no 12 year old in the U.S. should know about. I only ask because we did some funny things that never hurt anyone, but the necessary details... That's why I'm asking. And there wasn't any personal video stuff in the 70's. At least not for kids. |

Suppose someone's much older brother had somehow brought home a couple of footlockers full of EOD type things? From his service in the late 60's? It would be pretty funny if it was true. |

Quoted: I guess I should PM Aimless for an opinion. It depends on the state and what someone MIGHT charge you with. It's probly a good guess that anything relevant has run in 40 years on relatively minor things, but for just the value of boasting about crimes on the internet...probly not worth it. Suppose there is an off chance that something might be considered a continuing wrong...dunno, it just seems like one of those things you should shut up about. |

unless there's a dead hooker involved,,probably 7 years for most states...and the reason why I'll never visit NYC again..
Ok, now you're just being redundant. They dont start being hookers until they are dead. You could simply say hooker and we would understand that you are refering to a dead prostitute. Geez, some people's kids.

Keeping a secret is burning you up inside isn't it? At least you kept it for 40 years though. My 5 yo can't keep one for 10 minutes. I bought him a Hot Wheel at the dollar store and told him mama doesn't really need to know. He says OK I want tell. I was like He gets in the house and says , Mommy I love you. She was like I have something in my pocket, its a Hot wheel!! Daddy bought it for me. Wanna see? Then I was like

I know I'll cave and spill it all. Fuck it, it was seriously about 35 years ago. And too funny to not share. You were a minor at the time, you gained a clean slate at 18 unless you committed a murder. ETA: If you used any US Gov property acquired by someone else, you should probably forget who that was though. |
