I am thinking about adding the Sirius XM App on my smartphone so I can listen in my pickup and through my Bose wave Radio at home. Question is how much data will I use listening to music only?  I don't have unlimited data in my plan and it may just not be worth it. I cant get anyone at Sirius to answer a damn question.  I hate outfits who ignore the fucking customer..Rant over.

Use wifi on your smartphone instead of data

Depends on how much you use it.  I use Pandora and Slacker. With maybe an hour per day and five days a week, I'm at maybe 1/4 of my 2GB per month allowance.  That also counts a lot of weather and news though.  I'd suggest finding your data usage meter, buying one month of sat radio and keeping a close eye on things.

Does Pandora not suit your needs?
According to Verizon data calculator 2 hours of music streaming a day will use ~3.5gig per month.

Depends how much you use it, and also how much data you already use.
If you're already near your limit every month, it's probably not worth it to upgrade your data plan and pay for xm.

They don't have a 1 month trial?

Why don't you just buy one of their little radios. The ones you can use in the car or at home?
