Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of this group?  I am thinking of signing up.

I would like to see something similar for a general defense fund.

"Innocent until proven guilty" is a thing of the past.

And while we have to pay for our own defense, the State has unlimited (tax payer) funds and an army of prosecutors, detectives and investigators.

Reading the fine print it appears they have to approve the attorney you use.

Which means you could get any range of quality from Roy Black to Jose Baez (worst attorney ever despite getting a not guilty verdict for Casey Anthony).  I appreciate the concept, but potential lack of choice over the quality of representation is concerning.

They are not the only ones offering this kind of service, but they all only use attorneys that are in their system.  I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them or knew any of the attorneys they use.  I have talked to some of the attorneys that their competitors use and they seemed OK.

I'd like to see something like this too, that covers everything.

Wanna bet the very fact that a person belonged to (membership in) a "self defense fund"  (geared towards persons whom use a firearm or deadly force to protect themselves) would be used against them in court by a slime-ball prosecutor?
