You guys seriously are offended over a randomized ad on the side on an internet article? Are you really serious?

It wouldn't have been funny at any point in time and I have about the most twisted, morbid, nasty, evil sense of humour, and yet I found nothing funny about it. I'm getting the impression that you think the website had some hand in putting that ad there. THAT'S funny. Those types of ads come up different for everyone depending on your internet searches. I bet the OP did some stock googling/clicking at some point and got treated to the cheesy ad. Complete coincidence that it appeared alongside that headline. Humor meter reset now?

The side ad was random. I don't rely on some goober on the internet to tell me what stocks to pick. I don't have a need to visit those sites. My 4 stockbroker kinfolk keep my ear bent enough.
It would have to be at best an unfortunate coincidence, or perhaps Fox does have hand in the selection, I don't know. I just found it tacky...hence the thread title "Inappropriate"

LOL On a side note, the tower audio is interesting... But whoever did the captioning for Fox News sucks ass and has obviously never listened to airport radio traffic before, soooo many errors and then they just call it inaudible when it's fairly clear what is being said... Oh well. My Firefox plugins seem to be blocking the ads at Fox. I don't see nuttin. |
