I need to find some of this to start organizing my gun room. The only place I can locate it wants to charge $300 for shipping, lol. I've heard that Home Depot has their own version of the stuff, but I haven't seen any at the store. Where is everybody buying this stuff at? Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
| Got mine at samsclub.com. they have the chromed-out metal ones and the necessary hooks to hang the guns. I patterned my room after the "kick-ass" movie where the guns hang horizontally and it's awesome. had mine up for years now and it holds up well. shows-off the guns nicely too! |
| If you have a Menards nearby they have it in stock as well, but based on your location being TX and think the farthest south store they have is Wichita KS probably not going to happen. I would strongly recommend putting the aluminum inserts in the channels to strengthen them, last thing you want to do is to find spendy items on the ground one morning..... |

Search for store fixtures in your area. If there's a decent sized city nearby, there should be several sources for it.
Do get the stuff with the aluminum channels in the slats. It is surprisingly easy to break the slat without the metal. It looks like crap when it happens. Get 6" pegs and clear hose, like the kind you use for a fishtank, to prevent the pegs from scratching the guns. If you plan to stand the guns on end, guitar hangers work very well. |
