I've been looking for a place to rent and found one on Craigslist. The person contacted me with this.... Hello. I'm traveling to ........ tonight. "I am busy at the moment. I will be setting appointments for tomorrow afternoon and Friday morning. We are requiring first, last and a security. Due to us being out of state, we prefer cash in case someone tries to bounce a check. We would like info on what u do for a living and ur spouse. Plus how many will be living in the home. Any pets? I will turn over the keys on Friday night to our new renter. We will have a lease agreement and we have family in Altoona that will be able to evict anyone that doesn't pay their rent. We have had a death in the family and our mom is moving in with us in Michigan due to her loss of her husband and her health conditions. She lives alone now and I won't give out the address until I'm present." The way I read it is these clowns want me to show up with over 2 grand in cash. The property is in the mountains somewhere. |

Just texted them and said i was sketched out by bringing cash. They said cool. Maybe it is legit. If not at 7pm tomorrow I may be in a bad situation.  I work around here all the time.
