it is a boat stored/transported on top of two axles, with the motor for the aforementioned axles in front of the boat/axle pile with all of that on a trailer for transport. Pretty simple really.
You can see the wood frame holding the boat up over the axles for transport. |

I can't see how it would float with the massive 4wd undercarriage and the square hole in the end. Kinda looks like something FBHO & fam might use to cruise above the grasslands in his native Africa. |
